Last Friday of every month at 7 PM--Ladies' Night at CrossFit Woodshed. Moms, daughters, sisters, whoever...come on in at 7 for a fun 45 minute workout and introduction to what we do here. Free of charge and available to ALL levels of fitness...if you can get on into your car to drive over here, you're good to go.
If y'all wanted to go out afterwards...we sure wouldn't stop you.
First Ladies Night will be Friday, May 18th (since the last Friday of May falls on a holiday weekend). Who's in? Membership NOT required...
