Drumlin Farms Winter Fun Day

Celebrate The Season!

At Mass Audubon's Drumlin Farm there's fun to be had every season! On Monday, January 18th celebrate the season with a day of winter themed activities. There will be wildlife demonstrations, guided winter walks, nature art, and stories by the fire. All activities are free with admission of $6 for nonmember adults; $4 for nonmember children (2-12) and seniors. Free for members.

10:00 am Winter Wildlife Walk: Interpret the prints and signs animals leave behind and make a few of your own
10:30 am Fur Coats and Feather Beds: Explore the heavy winter gear that animals use to keep warm
11:30 am Winter Mammals: Visit with one of our resident animals to learn how native wildlife survive the winter
11:30 am Morning Chores: Look for our farmers and wildlife care staff feeding the animals and doing their morning chores
1:00 pm Winter Trees: Who needs leaves? Discover the beauty of our landscape while taking a close-up look at trees
1:30 pm Winter Wildlife Walk: Interpret the prints and signs animals leave behind and make a few of your own
2:30 pm Stories by the Fire: Warm up in our Nature Center with a story or two and make a winter craft to take home
3:30 pm Afternoon Chores: Look for our farmers and wildlife care staff feeding the animals and doing their afternoon chores
