Recipe of the Week - Pasta with Pumpkin Cream Sauce
Meet Alma.  Her hectic life is one that many of us would recognize…she's a licensed clinical social worker, runs a non-profit, Parents Who Rock, and has four kids under the age of eight. But here's the hitch…she still gets a homemade dinner on the table every night of the week, and oh yeah, breakfast and lunch too!

Here's a perfect one for fall...

Pasta with Pumpkin Cream Sauce:
Cooked pasta for two people
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnish: freshly grated Parmesan cheese, toasted pine nuts or toasted walnuts

In a small sauce pan or saute pan on a low flame, pour in pumpkin puree and cream sauce. Stir until combined and hot. When heated through , add salt and pepper to taste and pour over hot pasta. Top with cheese and nuts if so desired.
