An interactive workshop designed to empower girls of all ages, sizes, strength and ability. There’s more to self defense than poking an assailant in the eye! Recognize the signs of a threatening situation and how to use words as a first defense. Learn and practice a series of defensive tools such as the eye jab, head butt and ear slap to deliver a strike that will throw off a would-be attacker long enough to make a hasty escape.
