Kindergarten Registration (Littleton)

**Rescheduled Due to Snow to February 24th!**
Registration for new kindergarten students who will be entering school in September, 2010, will be held Wednesday, February 24th from 1 to 4 PM and 6 to 7:30 PM at the Shaker Lane School. All children who are five years old BEFORE September 1, 2010 are eligible.
In order to register for kindergarten, parents must bring a copy of the child's birth certificate and proof of Littleton residency.
In order to enter Kindergarten in September, the following Massachusetts Department of Public Health Immunization Requirements are needed:
• DTP - Five doses of DTP.
• Polio - Four doses of polio vaccine.
• MMR - Two doses of MMR.
• Hepatitis B - Three doses of Hepatitis B.
• Varicella - One dose (or physician certified reliable history of chickenpox)
In addition to the above regulations, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health also requires a current physical examination, including history of lead poison screening. Please bring a copy of this paperwork with you at the time of registration.
An appointment for kindergarten screening, to be held March 15, 16 and 17 at Shaker Lane School will be made at registration.
