Early Morning Exercise Boot Camp Works!
Holly Kouvo, Founder of Fitting Fitness In

Why do boot campers get up and exercise at 5:30am?  Although there are a variety of reasons, the first reason is that it fits into their schedule. Everyone is busy and let’s face it, exercise tends to be the first thing to go from your schedule.  A 5:30am timeslot solves that problem.  After people attend their first boot camp session, the reasons for continuing become plentiful.  I asked women attending our “women only” boot camp why they come.  Their reasons included; “I have more energy all day”, “my clothes fit better”, “my husband notices the difference”, “it’s fun”, “it is a safe environment”, “you have the benefit of group exercise but can still work at your own pace”.

Our boot camp gets you motivated and keeps you moving throughout the class.  Our personal trainers take you through a variety of exercises that you wouldn’t think of on your own.  You won’t get bored with the exercises.  The games we play are fun, making them seem more like play than exercise.  There is no doubt that “exercise is a stress reducer and getting my exercise in early gives me more patience with my children”, says one woman.  “I am home and in a good mood while getting them off to school”.

Now that the weather is getting warmer, it’s really great to work out outside. It leaves you exhilarated!  In the spring and summer we take our boot camp out onto the fields where we can do more cardio intensive games and exercises.

The early morning boot camp is on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 5:30am and runs on a cycle of four weeks on and one week off throughout the year.  The cost is $180 per 4 week session which includes the Nutrition Seminar.

The next boot camp session starts after April break on Monday, April 23rd.  Click here to see the schedule and register for the next session.  A Nutrition Seminar (next one Monday, April 23rd at 6pm) is included in the class rate allowing campers to learn how to eat supportively to lose weight.

It is important to check with your doctor first to make sure it’s okay for you to exercise before starting a boot camp.  If there are physical issues that you need to work around, let our trainers know and they will give you alternate exercises.  The key is to work at a productive pace for you and you’ll see improvements within two weeks.

SPECIAL Suzy offer: Mention Suzy sent you and receive 10% off the 4 week session, now through June 30th, 2012 (new members only)
