Back to Life Back to Reality
Now that the holidays are over it is Back to Reality with getting ourselves in physical and mental shape for the summer.  Judy from Zumba with Judy has some suggestions:

  1. Try adding a second or third Zumba Class to your schedule-the more you do the better you feel and the more your body reacts to the workout.
  2. Definitely try adding the Muscle Conditioning to your schedule-the addition of a weight workout helps with your metabolism and building muscle is KEY!  
  3. Get your meals in check!  If you are wondering what to eat pre and post workouts, Judy likes the tips in this link and thought you might find it helpful too!
