Knife Skills with Chef Rebecca Scheier
Be a cut above the rest and join us for a class in knife skills basics where we will learn about knife selection, care, sharpening and honing. Then we'll roll up our sleeves and practice mincing, slicing and dicing a variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs. Knives will be available, however students are welcome to bring their own knives from home. Knives may also be purchased on the day of the class. Limit 12 per class.

About the Instructor: Rebecca Scheier is owner of Tie Your Apron Culinary Events offering cooking classes and parties in Acton. She is a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and has achieved the designation of CCP (Certified Culinary Professional) from the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She is ServSafe certified.
