Peach Crisp

Peaches are hitting their peak right about now, so be sure to pick some up on your next trip to the farmers market. Here's a Suzy favorite, It's super easy, and a real crowd pleaser. (don't forget the vanilla ice cream!)
Peach Crisp
8-10 fresh peaches
1C sifted flour
1 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C butter
Oven to 375
Grease 8x8 baking dish
Slice peaches into baking dish
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients, cut in butter.
Sprinkle over peaches
Bake 45-50 minutes
Serve warm w/ vanilla ice cream
Suzy tip: double for a bigger crowd
