When Suzy needs help her gal pals are always ready to lend a hand, or a recipe!
Here is Beth's Taco Dip...Look out, it's a new spin on an old classic!
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 small can tomato paste
1 bottle of beer (doesn't need to be a fancy brand!)
8 oz. shredded cheese (your choice: Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Mexican blend)
1 Bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos, Scoops...something you would normally enjoy!
Instructions:
*Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
*In a large frying pan brown and drain the ground beef
*Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, 3/4 bottle of beer, stir well, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. (Up to the cook if the rest of the beer goes in the dip or they get to enjoy it!)
*Transfer ground beef mixture to medium sized casserole dish or pie plate
*Mix in 4 oz. of shredded cheese. Bake at 350 F. for about 7 minutes, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, bake til cheese is melted.
Serve with Nacho Chips and watch the game!
