Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Did you load up on Blueberries? And maybe stored some away in the freezer for another day?
Here's an EASY and delicious way to get some extra anti-oxidants into everyone this summer!
1/2 cup nonfat or 1% low fat milk
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon honey
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
