Mexican Fruit Cooler
Cinco de Mayo - the 5th of May - and a great excuse to celebrate everything Mexican!

The whole family can enjoy this refreshing cocktail courtesy of Rebecca Scheier of Tie Your Apron

Yield:  5 cups

Ingredients:
2 cups cold water
1 cup ice
2 cups fruit* (cut into 1-inch pieces unless otherwise specified) (Choose one fruit or a medley)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

*honeydew or cantaloupe
*mango (use only 1 cup fruit; about 1 small mango)
*pineapple
*watermelon (add only enough water to achieve the consistency and taste that you desire)
*strawberries (halved)
*seedless red grapes (whole)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth. Pour cooler through a fine sieve into a glass pitcher. Chill cooler and stir before serving.
