E-Support

Isn't it dreadful to leave your office with full-time IT support and try to trouble shoot your own tech problems at home?

Two different websites are offering virtual PC gear support.

For $140 per year (or $20 for a one-time fix), iYogi gives users a safe place to call.  iYogi has more than 3,000 yogis at call-in centers based in India. 24/7 support is only a phone call away.

If you want to talk to someone closer to home, Support.com has 600 "solutions engineers" working from their home office somewhere in the United States or Canada.  At $199 per year, support.com is a bit more expensive but promises an engineer at your beckon call any time of night or day.
