Exploring The Orchestra: Peter & The Wolf

Come explore the orchestra of Peter & the Wolf and discover the thrill of music together with your family. Stamford Symphony's programs capture young imaginations in special ways. There is always an opportunity for the audience to participate and concerts are kept to 45 minutes. Concerts are appropriate for children ages 4 to 8, who can get up close and personal, sitting on the floor surrounding the musicians and discovering which instruments honk, whistle, pluck or bang!

February 21: Peter & the Wolf - Prokofieff's beloved classic showcases each woodwind instrument as a character from the story.
March 21: Hop! - Celebrate Spring with the Symphony strings and maybe a special visit from some friends from Heckscher Farm!
