Recipe of the Week, Christmas Breakfast
Suzy has been serving this recipe on Christmas morning for years, courtesy of her galpal Pam.

It can be made the day before and tossed in the oven while opening presents. Merry, Merry!

Christmas Breakfast Casserole
2 small loaves french bread cubed
6 eggs
2 cups half & half
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Grease 9x13 pan.
Place cubed bread in pan and pour above mixture over bread.

Mix together:
1/2 C coconut
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1 C rolled oats
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 stick butter

Sprinkle over bread and egg mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Smother with fresh maple syrup!
