Recipe of the Week: Cilantro Honey Grilled Chicken

Alma Schneider from Take Back the Kitchen specializes in helping you make delicious, healthy food that's not intimidating to pull together. Her Cilantro Honey Grilled Chicken is a delicious way to grill up some flavorful chicken for an easy dinner as summer winds down.
Ingredients:
3/4 lb 1" X 3" strips of boneless chicken breasts
Marinade:
1 TBS honey
2 TBS Soy sauce
1 TBS Asian Oyster sauce or Oyster flavored sauce (can get at most supermarkets)
1/2 tsp chili oil (optional)
1/2 cup chopped washed cilantro
Mix marinade in a medium sized bowl and add chicken. Stir to coat and let sit in fridge for at least 15 minutes and up to 24 hours. Grill until opaque, flipping once OR Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour or until opaque. Enjoy chopped in salad or plain.
