This is a really yummy and festive menu for the upcoming holidays that friends and family will absolutely love. Creative and elegant bites with pretty cocktails that pair very well together.





Holiday Morning
Panettone French toast
Recipe: Panettone French Toast with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
Yield: 4
Eggs 6
Whole milk 2 cups
Half-and-half 2 cups
Sugar, divided 3 Tbsp
Cinnamon, divided 1 1/4 tsp.
Vanilla 1/2 tsp.
Kosher salt pinch
Panettone slices, 1/2-in. thick 8
Heavy cream 1 cup
Unsalted butter, divided 4 oz.
Maple syrup as needed
Confectioner's sugar to garnish
•For the batter, whisk together eggs, milk, half-and-half, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Soak panettone slices in batter for 2-3 minutes.
•Meanwhile, whisk together heavy cream, remaining 1 Tbsp. sugar and remaining 1/4 tsp. cinnamon until soft peaks form. Set aside.
•To prepare the French toast, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt 2 Tbsp. butter. In batches, cook panettone slices 4 minutes each side or until golden brown. With each batch, add 2 Tbsp. butter to the skillet.
•For each serving, top slices with whipped cream, a drizzle of syrup and a sprinkling of confectioners' sugar.
