The Runner's Roost annual holiday run was postponed last weekend due to inclement weather. Start 2009 by lacing up your running shoes, it's been rescheduled for 9 AM, on New Year's Day - Thursday January 1st at Waveny Park in New Canaan.
The race is a 3 mile trail run/race. If you are interested in running, the registration fees are as follows:
$12 anytime prior to race day
$15 the day of the race
Registration is taking place right now at the Runner's Roost in Darien or online at clubct.org
Prizes will be given out for age-group winners and if you save your race number and bring it ino the Runner's Roost after the race, there will be incredible savings on everything in the store.
