Here's What's Left of the Waveny Cross Country Race Series

Lace up your running sneaks and mark your calendars for the summer's remaining Waveny Cross Country races.
The Cross Country Races are held on Tuesday evenings beginning at 7 PM through early-September. Each week's race courses are set at approximately 3 miles in length and are run on the Waveny Park Trails. Awards are given to the top finishers in five age categories. A new kids fun run 0.5 mile loop has been added.
Race registration is $2 per person and begins at 6:30 PM. each race night. Runners must park in the lower parking lots and stay clear of the West Parking lot. For further information contact the Recreation Department at 203-594-3600.
