With Halloween in the rear view mirror and Thanksgiving now ahead, Suzy's looking for some new food suggestions this year. Where do you find the best turkey, who makes the best pies, how about a good stuffing recipe?
What do you buy at the store and what do you make?
We'll share everything that comes our way over the next few weeks, so that we're all prepared. Pass along grandma's cranberries, sweet potatoes whatever you think you've got that we'll love.

Here's a start from Suzy's kitchen:
Suzy's Mom's Sweet Potatoes
6-8 medium sweet potatoes : boil until just tender. Cool, peel and halve. Make the following sauce and pour it over the potatoes in a casserole dish. .
1/2 C butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 - 1/2 C chopped pecans.
Melt butter, add salt and sugar until dissolved. Add pecans and pour over potatoes.
350 degree oven until sauce is bubbling.
Recipe can be doubled.
