New Canaan's Nature Center has a sweet invitation for local families.
Adopt one of the center's 30 maple trees for the tapping season. Collect sap and learn about the maple syrup process starting with an opening event on Saturday, February 6th at 10 AM
Visit your tree and tap the sap 2-3 times/week when it's convenient for you. Celebrate the syrupy season with a party and homemade maple syrup in March. (Your pancakes will thank you.)
