Featuring a special guest Jeff Northrup from Westport Aquaculture, shows you how to shuck oysters & clams without injury (after which you'll be eating the fruits of your labor, as well as making a linguine w/ oyster sauce!

Risotto with pancetta & parmesan, individual drunken salmon, and cauliflower manchego purée.

Winter Blues Booze & Schmooze
A fun cocktail mixology class featuring warm chocolate beer cocktails, fizzy bourbon & ginger, vanilla martinis and more.
