Bayley Beach bound? Don’t forget your sunscreen, and your parking permit. As of May 29th, no beachcombers are allowed to park near the sand without one.
Applications are available at the Rowayton Library and the Rowayton Market or you can process it in person on Monday, May 24th from 6-9 PM at the Rowayton Community Center. Suzy simply downloaded the application online. But whatever you do, make sure you register before May 31st to avoid the $25 late fee.
