More than 20 BIG trucks, the NY Rangers Road Tour, and the Bossy Frog Band are driving into Darien on Sunday, October 5th for the annual Big Rig Gig. Don't miss this fun-filled, family day that includes moon bounces, a silent auction and raffle, refreshments and much more.
When: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, rain or shine
Where: Darien Town Hall, 2 Renshaw Road.
Kids of all ages will be able to:
Climb on and explore over 20 trucks, including a fire engine, school bus, Smart Car, tractor, police car and ambulance.
Participate in the NY Rangers Road Tour hockey clinics and video simulators.
Listen to the Bossy Frog Band who will be doing two musical performances at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.
Bounch on mega moon bounces.
Families can purchase deli lunches, as well as a variety of snacks including popcorn and ice cream.
Silent auction and raffle items will be available for bidding in the silent auction, including mom, dad, boy, girl and baby baskets filled with items such as sessions at Elements Yoga, a full year of Ultimate Car Care from Splash, season ski leases from Darien Sports Shop, studio time from Hands on Pottery, diamond earrings from LaGravinese Jewelers, and much more.
Tickets for the Big Rig Gig are $35 for a family of up to six members; $5 for each additional member. Purchase them at the entrance or in advance online at www.opus4p2p.org/brg.
