Bring the whole family to the Sugar Shack as the New Canaan Nature Center celebrates the bounty from this year's syrup season! Feast on the delicious Pancake Brunch where you and yours can sample first hand the sweet treat of the sugar maple trees atop a short stack of flapjacks. Test your taste buds by taking the "Real vs. Fake" syrup test!
Walk it off on a hike down Maple Lane and learn some tree identification tips, watch a tree tapping demo and maple sap boil down, and make a maple-themed craft to take home.

This event is primarily outdoors and activities will run throughout the day.
Members: $8/person / Non-Members: $12/person
Children two and younger are free.
