Bundle up the family and head to the Stamford Museum and Nature Center this weekend for some serious sledding adventures. DLTC Landscape Contractors have graciously agreed to fill the Meadow with fresh snow for the weekends in January and February. They've got a giant snow mound for you to climb on, sled down or play in. Bring a sled to go sledding, build a snowman, or have a snowball fight. Then go inside the Bendel Mansion between 10 am and 4 pm on Saturday, or 11:30 am to 4 pm on Sunday for a cup of FREE hot cocoa. Warm up inside and then check out their exhibition, Pets In America.
