Junior Green Gardeners After School Program Starts This Week

Watch their garden grow! Little green thumbs learn the art of gardening, have fun with friends and help prep the Nature Center's gardens for the arrival of spring!
The kids will plant seeds in the cozy greenhouse and tend to them until they've seen the last of winter. Once spring's warmth and sunshine are here to stay, they'll head out to the garden to plant the seedlings. They'll learn about the parts of a plant and how each piece can be delicious, useful and beautiful! Gardeners will also make garden-themed crafts and grow plants to take home.
Program runs 5 Fridays: April 20 - May 18
