It's That Time of Year. Time to Register for the Darien Junior Sailing Team. Kids can have a seafaring summer on the Sound at Weed Beach through the Darien Junior Sailing Team (DJST) a community non-profit organization. Registration is underway.
DJST offers fun learn-to-sail programs for the novice all the way to advanced level junior sailing. Instruction includes sailing on Optimist sailboats for sailors 8-14 years of age and Club 420s for high school age sailors. All sessions are scheduled to start on Monday, June 24th, 2013.
