You don't need to go far... it's in our own backyard at the 42nd Annual Darien Antiques Show. You don't want to miss this one.
Friday, March 6- Preview Party featuring hors d'oeuvres, live music, a silent auction and an opportunity to browse the antiques, will benefit A Better Chance in Darien.
Tickets for the preview party are $50 per person and include entrance to the show on Saturday and Sunday.

This year's show will feature 17th through 19th century antiques, including English, American and Oriental furniture, silver, jewelry, prints, quilts, and rare books. Fine art dealers will offer examples of New England impressionists, marine paintings, and mid-20th Century contemporary oils and prints.
Also, Ken Linser, president of the New York chapter of the American Association of Appraisers will be on hand as an expert for show attendees interested in learning more about antiques or family heirlooms, such as the history, condition and potential value of a piece.
Proceeds from the show will help support the First Congregational Church and over 30 local charities chosen by the Board of Christian Outreach.
Tickets for the show are $10 at the door, and $8 for seniors. A café will be open providing soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts and more.
