Think fruits, veggies and healthy foods this week. It will quailfy you as a do gooder for our local CT farmers.
Visit your local Whole Foods on Wednesday 6/24, and they'll donate 5% of the day's net sales towards the Connecticut Farmland Trust, the state's only private, statewide conservation organization dedicated solely to the protection of Connecticut's Farmland.
Organizations like the Farmland Trust enable local farmers to sustain their businesses and encourage the preservation of our state's natural spaces.
Come support their mission; it's as easy as filling a basket, or better yet, a cart.
