Yoga thru Pregnancy
Tuesdays -7-8:15PM
This class combines traditional yoga moves in a safe and effective format with the techniques of centering, breathing, endurance and relaxation.
PrenatalFit
Thursdays 9:30-10:30AM
This class combines stretching, centering, breathing techniques, strength training, low impact aerobics and relaxation into a fun, educational format.
StrollerExercise
Tuesdays 10:30 -11:30AM
Imperial Ave, Westport
This class combines fat-burning and strength training in an outdoor setting, with babies in tow. On bad weather days, there is no class.
AfterBirth Strength
Thursdays 1-2PM
A total body strength training class with a concentration on the abdominals, back, chest and legs – all to help improve overall balance, posture and flexibility. Babies are welcome.
