A Halloween Party to Benefit Mike Loura

Teach the kids about helping others and enjoy a town-wide get-together this Sunday.
Party with a purpose as Brownie Girl Scout Troop 50324 hosts a Halloween party to benefit Darien resident Mike Loura, who was seriously injured in a bike accident.
Children of all ages are welcome to a party full of crafts, games, Halloween costume contests, Bingo with prizes and refreshments.
When: Sunday, October 19th, 11 AM – 1 PM
Where: Darien Town Hall, 2 Renshaw Road, Darien
Suggested admission: Donation of $10 per child/$25 per family
(cash or check payable to the Michael Loura Trust Fund)
All donations will be given to Mike Loura, a Darien neighbor who experienced a devastating bicycle accident this summer. The Michael Loura Trust Fund will help with necessary house modifications, equipment needs and a wheelchair accessible vehicle for Mike.
This party is being hosted by Brownie Girl Scout Troop 50324's Kids Care Club and friends of the Loura family. It has been partially funded by a grant from Quaker the premier sponsor of Kids Care Clubs. Kids Care Club's mission is to help develop compassion and caring in young children and inspire them to take action and make a difference in the lives of people in their community and around the world.
