Dine with Design at the Philip Johnson Glass House
Tuesday, May 29, 2012

Fine cuisine is made finer against the backdrop of thoughtful design. This is the impetus behind the second annual “Dine with Design” dinner to benefit the Philip Johnson Glass House.
Billed as a “modern picnic,” the meal will be held on the 47-acre Glass House site, where guests will be able to explore the buildings and grounds freely, while engaging with other guests and some of the country’s most renowned chefs. Ana Sortun of Oleana in Cambridge, MA; Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon in Portland, OR; Tony Maws of Craigie on Main in Cambridge, MA; Misy Robbins of A Voce in New York City; Jeremy McMillan of The Farmhouse Restaurant at the Bedford Post Inn in Bedford, NY and Wilton’s own Tim LaBant of The Schoolhouse at Cannondale will all contribute dishes.
And this year, organizers have added a Food Film Festival component to the evening, allowing guests to sample some of the foods they’re watching and learning about through film.
