Recently, Suzy had a craving for some chocolate decadence.
She searched all of the neighboring towns and discovered an intimate cafe which offers much more than chocolate.
Chocopologie, the creation of Fritz Knipschildt, a chocolatier is located one block from Washington Street in SoNo.
Knipschildt chocolates were rated one of the top three chocolates in the world by Gourmet magazine. Good enough for Suzy!

Take a peek through the antique-barn windows to see the Knischildt team hard at work creating their masterpieces.
