Fairfield Mom, Aunt Win "Reinvent Yourself" Competition
Winners of the Pilates Studio of Fairfield "Reinvent Yourself" Competition, Fairfield mom, Sally Wanamaker (front, right), and her aunt, Julie Wanamaker (front, left) of Wilton, kicked off their 12-week Pilates duet workout program this week with Pilates Studio of Fairfield Owner and Master Instructor, Stephanie Peterson (back, right). In addition to their twice weekly Pilates sessions, Sally and Julie are working with Southport Mind & Body wellness experts Clinical Nutritionist, Annette Alfieri (back, left) of Lighten Up!, and Life and Goal Coach, Connie Cusick (not pictured) of Define Yourself Coaching, to achieve their Mother's Day goal of reclaiming their pre-mom physical, mental and emotional strength.
