Couponing 101
The Fairfield Public Library Woods Branch is offering a new class: Couponing 101 on Monday, January 23, and 30th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Have you ever wondered if you should take the time to clip coupons and how to successfully use the coupons you have stacked in a drawer? This class will help you answer those questions, in addition to telling you were to find coupons and how you can apply coupons to organic products. There will be coupon exchanging and giveaways. Jamie Lee McIntyre RD CD-N, Grade A ShopRite Dietitian, will talk about healthy couponing during the first session.
Marilyn Zelinsky-Syarto, consumer expert and founder of Two Frugal Fairfielders local blog, will facilitate this group. Bring the following supplies to the classes: pen, small scissors, any size sticky notes, coupons, a small empty photo box, a box of white 3 x 6 envelopes that fit upright into the box, a binder, a handful of baseball card holder sleeves and binder dividers.
Bring a lunch, if you like, your supplies and the expectation to become an informed, and organized consumer who is ready to save money. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are open to the public and free of charge. Registration is necessary. Please register by going online to www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org or call 203-255-7308 for more information.
