The annual “Toasting on the Terrace” celebration of Grasmere by the Sea, the Adult Day Center of The Jewish Home for the Elderly, Fairfield, will be on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM. Overlooking Ash Creek at One Post Road, Fairfield, the terrace provides the perfect setting for socializing beneath the stars. The evening will include live music, an open bar, assorted appetizers, complete dinner, delicious desserts and a Silent Auction.
Grasmere by the Sea is a medical model Adult Day Center designed for older adults who want to remain in their own homes and have opportunities to socialize, exercise, paint, play cards and participate in other activities for mental and physical stimulation. The on-site nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants assure all personal needs are addressed. Transportation is available for residents of many areas including Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Oronoke, Shelton, Stratford, and Trumbull.

They can also be purchased at the door however, reservations in advance are recommended.
