Are you in the college planning process?
The Main Library Teen Services Department is hosting a full-day, conference-style college expo for teens and parents, with sessions tailored to address topics such as: Getting Organized and Getting In, Paying for It, Personal Finance and Credit, Which Majors Lead to Careers, Writing Personal Essays, and much more. Presenters will include experts Alice Gorman, a career and college counselor from Fairfield Ludlowe High School; Mary Spiegel, a college planning consultant; Wayne Mazzoni, a coach at Sacred Heart University and author of The Athletic Recruiting and Scholarship Guide; Sheryle McMillan of Money Management International; Maureen Mackey, co-founder of Mackey and Guasco Staffing Associates LLC, and more to come.
