Take a Family Hike

Enjoy the fresh fall air with a family hike on Saturday morning hosted by the Fairfield Woods Library. The morning will start at the Library for a short introduction about the family hike that will use Pequot Press, Falcon Guides.
After the introduction, hikers will receive additional information about the hike. The Falcon Guides can be checked out at the Library and contain a wealth of information including maps of various hikes and tips about hiking. The morning will continue after a short drive to the head of the trail at Connecticut Audubon Center on Burr Street.

You'll have fun observing and identifying animal scat and tracks. Bring a set of binoculars, a compass, snacks and water.
