McKinley Elementary School's 6th annual World’s Fair

McKinley Elementary School’s 6th annual World’s Fair is on Saturday. The school will be buzzing with the sights and sounds of many nations as parents, students and teachers bring the many cultures of our world to one place for a day. Food, music, crafts, history, and interesting facts from the many nations that make up the McKinley school family will be on display for the whole town to see.
Last year’s extravaganza drew an 800+ enthusiastic crowd who were treated to ethnic dancers, music and performers from around the world every half hour throughout the event. This town-wide event also offers an Olympic-style opening ceremony with the “Parade of Nations”, children’s crafts, food from local area restaurants, bake sale, and raffles. Each student will be given a “passport” that they will take with them to each booth so they can color in the map and win a prize.

Admission: $5 for students ages 3 and up, $3 for adults
