PrenatalFit is a 75-minute class that follows the ABC'S of Prenatal Fitness. It includes centering, stretching, strength training, low impact aerobics and relaxation. The instructors also introduce a new topic of discussion each week.  Connect with other moms-to-be and stay fit during your pregnancy.
