We've always enjoyed Sarabande, but recently reminded ourselves why. Tucked behind the Post Road, they continue to serve fresh, seasonal fare, always catering to personal service. Chef/Owner Phillis Bodek, can often be found visiting tables sharing nightly specials and recommendations.

Our most recent visit found us with a larger then normal group and the staff responded with ease. Meals arrived together, all hot and as ordered.
The steamed mussels started the meal off perfectly, and the fresh bread helped to savor every last drop of the garlic wine broth.
The Grilled NY Strip Steak Salad was a favorite of the evening, dressed with a light balsimic and goat cheese.

Appetizers cost $6-$15, entrees $17-39, wines by the glass around $9 with bottles ranging $25-150.

If your dining with a small group be sure to ask for a patio table. The intimate setting makes for a perfect summer evening.
At the end of our evening, Sarabande continues to be a great choice among the many Fairfield dining options.
