It's Time for Beach Pilates

Back by popular demand, Black Rock Pilates is running their beach pilates program starting this coming Saturday @ 7:30AM.
What a terrifically, invigorating way to start the day!
The classes take place at Sea Bright Beach in Black Rock and run through July.
Cost is $10/class
Bring a blanket, sunscreen, and sunglasses.

Directions to Sea Bright Beach:
Going North on Fairfield Ave take a R onto Brewster St. At the Stop Sign take a R onto Grovers Ave. L onto Beacon and L onto Sea Bright Ave. Sea Bright Beach is on your Right. No Beach Sticker required, no registration required.
For South on Fairfield Ave Take a L onto Brewster and follow the directions above.
