Teens and Tweens Are Going Crazy for Feathers and Tinsel

Teens and tweens are lining up for the latest trend, feather hair extensions and hair tinsel.  Hair Salon on South Pine Creek offers both.  Feather hair extensions are $10 for one, $20 for 2, $30 for 3 and $40 for 5.  Hair tinsel is $5. Absentee Ballots Available for the June 14th Education Funding Referendum
If you would like to vote on June 14th will be unable to for the following reasons: you will be out of town during the voting hours, you have an illness or disability that prevents you from voting in person you may apply for an absentee ballot.  Applications are available at the Town Clerk's Office Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.  Details can be found here.

The Pious Bird of Good Omen, a boutique specializing in eclectic vintage furniture and home decor, has recently opened at the Brick Walk. The shop features furniture and accessories from the Victorian, Art Deco, and Mid-Century eras with a hint of Middle Eastern influence.  The Pious Bird also supports local arts by featuring a selection of shows from local artists that will rotate every six to eight weeks. The current show features the encaustic paintings of Silvermine Guild member Elizabeth Back.
