If you love the Community Theatre and have wondered about how you can do your part to support it, consider becoming a member of the Community Film Club.
Community Film Club membership includes:
* Attend monthly private screenings of both new and classic films with Q&A sessions to follow with special guests.
* Engage in intimate conversations with directors, producers, actors and screenwriters, both well known and soon to be well known.
* Enjoy a great night out once a month with friends and the opportunity to make new ones! (actual day of the week may vary depending on our speaker's schedule, but we foresee Wednesday or Thursday evenings around 7pm)
* Receive priority notification and advance sales opportunities for other special events at the Community Theatre.
Past screenings have included noted guests such as actors Gene Wilder, Joanne Woodward, Justin Long, Mary Stuart Masterson, Paul Newman and screenwriter Stewart Stern (Rebel Without A Cause). The first screening will be in January 2010.
Membership in the Film Club has an added privilege: every member of the Community Film Club will also receive a VIP card which gives them unlimited complimentary admissions to any regular film showings at the Community Theatre during the year!
As the holidays approach, a membership to their new Community Film Club would also make an excellent gift for either your favorite film buff or someone who has "everything". They'll provide you with a gift certificate upon purchase.
