Play Week at The Bronx Zoo

Visit the Bronx Zoo's own toyland, brought to you by Fisher-Price, and meet other creatures that love fun games and challenges during Play Week. The super-sized Fisher-Price play area is filled with cool new toys and features the Power Wheels® driving track. Shake hands with costume characters, enjoy Wildlife Theater, and make this week of summer vacation one you won't forget!

Every Tuesday morning at the Children's Zoo, the Wildlife Theater Players perform "Barnyard Babble," "Pond Town," and other shows with music and puppets geared for the toddler set.  With the purchase of an adult limited admission ticket on Tuesdays before 12:30 p.m., each parent and toddler age 3 and under receive free admission to the Children's Zoo (a $3-value).

At Wild Asia Plaza, the troupe performs The Adventures of Captain Cocoa, Pirates of the Bronx River, Midnight Cockroach, and--coming in June, "The Great Treasure Hunt."  Short Lunch Bunch shows include "Conservation Connections," "Pondtown," "Mission Mosquito,"  "Metamorphosis Boogie," "The Lemur Groove" and others.
