SVA Read Aloud Day

With so much debate going on in our public school system, why not take a break and help out Bridgeport's? The School Volunteer Association of Bridgeport is looking for 600 volunteers to participate in SVA Read Aloud Day. Volunteers will read stories to students in pre-k through grade six at a Bridgeport Public School. This is a great way to help these kids find the benefits and fun of reading!
Save the date for Thursday, October 21st for a 9AM coffee and orientation with story time starting at 9:30AM.
