Enjoy fantastic family fun during the Riverfield Elementary School Spring Carnival this weekend.
Friday, May 6th 6-9 PM & Saturday, May 7th 3-9 PM
Here's the scoop an the Carnival events and activities.
Rides and Amusements: Are you a “Wild Thing”? Come enjoy carnival rides and games provided by Rainbow Amusements. It’s a home run for all ages!
Food Booth: Beachside Deli and Pizza in Fairfield will be providing ballpark favorites for the weekend. Fans can look forward to pizza, hot dogs, burgers, sausage & peppers, chicken cutlets and NEW this year…pizza frit! Don’t forget chips on the side and to wash it all down with a nice cold drink. Come eat with us!
Italian Ice: What baseball game would be complete without Italian Ice!! Micalizzi’s is making their Rookie Debut! New
Bake Sale: Run the bases and head to the bake sale for some tasty treats including cakes, brownies, muffins, pies, rice crispy treats, cookies, breads and specialty cupcakes from The Fairfield Cupcake Company.
Spin Art: Be the MVP—come do a home run of job creating your very own spin art-your choice of a frame or Frisbee. New
“Take a Chance” Auction: Buy tickets and place them in the baskets of your choice. Also, bid on some all-star worthy items through our “take a chance” auction.
Dunking Booth: Try out your pitching arm! Step up and dunk your friends, family member or maybe even a Yankee- (or Red Sox) loving teacher!
Pucker Powder: Turn around your rally caps and dig in by creating an edible sand art masterpiece. It’s so good you won’t want to wait for the seventh inning stretch to make another! New
D.J: Well it’s not an organ—but you can still sing and dance to your favorite tunes provided by Charles Marrelli
Baseball Pitch-Feel like a Pro: It’s the World Series of Events!! Can you make the cut? This inflatable game brings sports cages/speed pitches into the 21st century! Participants will not only see the speed of the ball, but with the interactive audio system they will also HEAR the crowds reactions to their performance or lack thereof. Find out if you can you take your team to the Pennant?!
