Take a culinary lunch break at the library next week during this special book signing event.
The Fairfield Library host Pamela Sheldon Johns, a Tuscan bed and breakfast owner, chef, and renowned author of 16 cookbooks, on Monday, November 14 at noon for a cooking demonstration and author talk. Ms. Johns will present an overview of olive oil production, discussing the different regions, varieties of olives, and production practices. Her demonstration will include recipes from her new book, Cucina Povera, and copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing - a great holiday gift for the foodies in your life!
