Fairfield Public Library Parenting Program -- Navigating the Social Minefield at School

Do you want to find out what really goes on when your kids are at school?  Go behind the scenes – the lunchroom, the playground, the hallways – in elementary and middle schools with Fairfield middle school guidance counselor Bill Bosch during the Fairfield Library's parenting program -- Navigating the Social Minefield at School.

Bill Bosch is guidance counselor at Tomlinson Middle School.  He is the author of a book on bullying, “Bully on the Bus” as well as numerous articles on a variety of topics relating to students and their families.  He is retiring in June after 38 years in education.

Tuesday, January 31, 7 PM

This talk is part of the Library’s Pathways to Parenting series offered September through March.  Additional topics include – Puberty:  What to Expect and When to Start Talking About It, Countdown to Kindergarten, Making Math Fun for Kids, Pre-K – 3rd Grade, Understanding Your Son, and more.  For a complete list of the Pathways to Parenting talks, visit the Library’s website www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org/children.  To register for this program, click here.
